SOLO Group completed the acquisition of Mid Ocean Group from Torenvliet.

SOLO Group, a promotional clothing supplier, completed the acquisition of Mid Ocean Group, a distributor of promotional articles and gifts, from Torenvliet. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition forms the next step in the promotional market evolution and resellers requirement for one stop shop experience and follows on the commercial cooperation initiated in 2020.
