Lindab to acquire R-Vent from Bergschenhoek Groep.
Synopsis
Lindab, a ventilation company, agreed to acquire R-Vent, a ventilation product manufacturer, from Bergschenhoek Groep, a ventilating equipment manufacturer. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Lindab is very pleased that R-Vent, as a valued partner of Lindab, is a logical part of the Lindab Group,” Ola Ringdahl, Lindab President and CEO.
