Grupo Concentra completed the acquisition of Melior Seguros.

Grupo Concentra, a privately owned and operated Spanish broker, composed of several. insurance and reinsurance, completed the acquisition of Melior Seguros, a company that operates in the Insurance industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
