InfraVia to acquire 50% stake in FiberForce from Play for $400m.

InfraVia, a private equity firm, to acquire a 50% stake in FiberForce, a wireless carrier and fixed broadband provider, from Play, a telecommunications services provider, for $400m. “This partnership is another milestone in strengthening our position as a nationwide leader in infrastructure, enabling millions of new customers in Poland to use super-fast internet.
