TDR Capital-backed BPP Education completed the acquisition of Firebrand Training.

TDR Capital-backed BPP Education, a provider of educational services, completed the acquisition of Firebrand Training, a provider of professional training services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Firebrand allows BPP to further grow their presence in the IT and Tech skills market.
