Platinum Equity to acquire of a stake in Hop Lun.

Platinum Equity, a global investment firm, agreed to acquire of a stake in Hop Lun, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of women’s lingerie, sports apparel, and swimwear products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our team in Asia has a lot of experience helping founder-owned businesses leverage Platinum’s operational expertise and M&A capabilities to maximize their potential.
