Deutsche Post and DHL to acquire Glen Cameron Group.

Deutsche Post, a German multinational package delivery and supply chain management company, and DHL, a German logistics company providing courier, agreed to acquire Glen Cameron Group, a company in freight and contract logistics. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since founding the Glen Cameron Group 47 years ago and over the last five decades we have built a successful, diverse, and resilient business. What began as one 8-tonne truck in 1975 has evolved to be one of Australia's largest transport and logistic business. Together with DHL, we can take our business to the next level," Glen Cameron, Glen Cameron Group Founder and Executive Chairman.
