Odyssey backed-NSI Industries completed the acquisition of Lynn Electronics.

Odyssey backed-NSI Industries, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a wide variety of electrical connectors, time switches, wire management products, completed the acquisition of Lynn Electronics, a cable assembly manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Being in business since 1964, Lynn Electronics is a well known and trusted name within the low voltage distribution channel.
