USPI, an American ambulatory care company, and United Urology Group, a premier national network of urology specialists, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “United Urology Group’s premier affiliated practices have set a very high standard for exemplary urologic care. The partnership will add high-quality urology centers within our existing markets.
