Swiss Life Asset Managers and Vauban Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Wascosa.

Swiss Life Asset Managers and Vauban Infrastructure Partners, two investors, completed the acquisition of Wascosa, a provider of freight wagon systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to have Vauban Infrastructure Partners and Swiss Life Asset Managers as new shareholders of the Wascosa Group.
