One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DESMI, a manufacturer of pumps, pumping systems, environmental cleaning equipment and related products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to a strong partnership with CEO Henrik Sørensen and his management team.
