HLD Fund completed the acquisition of Gamned! from TF1 Group.

HLD Fund, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gamned!, a digital services provider, from TF1 Group, a French media holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This deal will enable Gamned! to accelerate its development by addressing new growth paths and strategic markets, supported by the resources and expertise of the HLD fund, in order to answer advertisers need to transform their marketing and communications strategy.
