Civica, a consulting, software, and managed services provider, completed the acquisition of Point Progress, an expenses management software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will enable Civica, a UK-headquartered global leader in cloud public sector software, to enhance its green offering to its customers around the world.
