Encompass Technologies completed the acquisition of Vintrace.

Encompass Technologies, a comprehensive cloud-based ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data solutions provider for the food and beverage industry, completed the acquisition of Vintrace, a global company in cloud-based winery production software.
