Konstel completed the acquisition of Krøderen Elektro.

Konstel, a provider of electrical installation and service supplier, completed the acquisition of Krøderen Elektro, an electrical contractor in Eastern Norway. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with our knowledge of Konstel, and the good relationship we have had over several years, their business model was crucial because it was precisely Konstel we wanted to be a part of. We are now part of an even larger company, with benefits such as good purchasing conditions, digital tools, competence development and marketing at the same time as we are the local electrician, with the strong name we have built over time. We are still Krøderen Elektro, locally present and available to our customers, but now also part of Konstel," Vegard Jelstad, Konstel General Manager.
