Volito Automation completed the acquisition of Mobile Integrator.

Volito Automation, a company that invests in well-established industrial companies, completed the acquisition of Mobile Integrator, an electronics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Within our OEM business, we offer new sales, product and technology development as well as construction and manufacturing of hydraulic systems, as well as solutions in electrical operation and control. In our ambition to continue to broaden our offer, Mobile Integrator is a significant step which means that we will now become an even more comprehensive system integrator that can offer complete solutions for our customers," Johan Frithiof, Volito CEO.
