ICG completed the acquisition of Seaway Plastics Engineering.

ICG, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Seaway Plastics Engineering, a plastics engineering and low volume injection molding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am immensely proud of all the success Seaway has seen in its nearly 40-year history.
