Literacy Capital, an investment banking company, completed the acquisition of Halsbury Travel, a travel agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will allow Halsbury to further improve its product, people and processes, enabling it to capitalise on the organic growth opportunity as the travel market reopens, with M&A being a key driver.
