TSG Solutions completed the acquisition of Hemag.

TSG Solutions, a technical services for responsible mobility solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Hemag, a machineriy construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. After other similar acquisitions in the new mobility, HEMAG’s acquisition fully falls into TSG strategy to enable the responsible mobility transition by developing new energy for mobility, quality infrastructures and to offer a one-stop shop for innovative energy & retail solutions.
