Synopsis

David Blitzer, a global sports and entertainment investor, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Cleveland, with an eventual path to majority ownership. Terms of the deal include an option for Blitzer to become the majority owner in up to six years. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very excited about bringing on David Blitzer and his group as our partners.
