Axcel to invest $182m in NTI Group.

Axcel, a private equity fund investing in companies in the industrial, tech, consumer and healthcare sectors, agreed to invest $182m in NTI Group, a full-service supplier of digital solutions for the construction, design and manufacturing industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NTI Group is a very exciting investment opportunity for Axcel. This investment allows us to leverage our significant experience within the technology sector to develop the company and continue the growth journey with the management team,” Lars Cordt, Axcel Pertner.
