B Capital Group, a multi-stage global investment firm, led a $60m Series C funding round in PicnicHealth, a healthcare technology company that partners directly with patients to build deep real-world datasets, with participation from Felicis Ventures and Amplify Partners. “Gaining patient consent isn’t just the right thing to do, it's the only way to build the complete, longitudinal data needed to truly describe how diseases look in the real world. This is especially important in our fragmented healthcare system, where the typical PicnicHealth patient has data spread across more than 20 different healthcare providers over seven years.
