Digia to acquire Productivity Leap.

Digia, a software and service company, agreed to acquire Productivity Leap, an agile ICT company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Digia and Productivity Leap share a powerful drive to grow, and we see particularly significant opportunities for growth in the changing social welfare and healthcare sector. Productivity Leap has a large customer base and a strong market position especially in the public sector, and their well-honed industry expertise will increase our competitiveness in public sector tendering,” Janne Tuominen, Digia Senior Vice President.
