AFC Industries completed the acquisition of TFC Europe from Foresight Group.

AFC Industries, a supply chain management solutions provider, completed the acquisition of TFC Europe, an industrial machine manufacturer, from Foresight Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a pleasure working with Morgan and the TFC management and supporting the Company to become a leader in its sector.
