O’Flaherty Holdings-backed AER Rents completed the acquisition of Chippindale Plant.

O’Flaherty Holdings-backed AER Rents, a retailer of traditional plant hire, completed the acquisition of Chippindale Plant, a provider of construction equipment for hire and sale. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining AER Rents fold. It’s a perfect fit not only for Chippindale Plant and its employees, but also for our customers.
