EIG Global Energy, an institutional investor to the global energy sector, completed the acquisition of Anpac Energía, a company specialized in developing and operating renewable energy projects, from Inder and Fondo de Invesíon Fynsa Energía. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction is expected to provide portfolio synergies, create operating efficiencies and enhance technological and geographic diversification for Grupo Cerro.
