Performant Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Design Manager, a software developer for interior designers, from 1stDibs, an e-commerce firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Design Manager is a comprehensive product and serves a group of customers who represent the very best in the interior design industry.
