Caverion completed the acquisition of Porreal from Porr.

Caverion, a building systems and industrial services provider, completed the acquisition of Porreal, a technical facility services and real estate consulting services provider, from Porr, a construction group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition supports our sustainable growth strategy especially in public-private partnerships and will make us one of the leading companies in the highly fragmented Austrian technical facility services market," Manfred Simmet, Caverion Head of Austria.
