WPP to acquire Bower House Digital.

WPP, a British multinational communications, advertising, public relations, technology, and commerce holding company, agreed to acquire Bower House Digital, a marketing technology services agency located in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Companies are seeking one integrated communications solution that combines creativity, technology and data.
