Roko, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dorsey Construction Materials, a regional brickwork specialist supplying niched construction accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment in Dorsey is Röko’s 19th since the company was founded and represents the seventh investment in the UK.
