Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, a marketer, distributor and manufacturer of agricultural products, animal nutrients and specialty chemicals and ingredients, agreed to acquire F.L. Emmert, a manufacturer and marketer of advanced nutritional solutions for the pet and livestock industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
