WiseTech completed the acquisition of Bolero.net.

WiseTech, a developer of cloud-based logistics execution software, completed the acquisition of Bolero.net, a provider of electronic bills of lading and digital documentation capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the logistics industry continues to move toward digitization, the need for paperless solutions that provide end-to-end execution and visibility are critical.
