Hiland Dairy completed the acquisition of Borden Dairy Texas.

Hiland Dairy, a provider of fresh, high-quality dairy products throughout the Midwest, completed the acquisition of Borden Dairy Texas, a producer and distributor of dairy products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with Hiland Dairy Foods to acquire or assume the leases of our Texas operation assets.
