Azelis to acquire of Chemical Partners.

Azelis, a global innovation service provider, agreed to acquire of Chemical Partners, an industrial chemicals manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We very much look forward to welcoming Chemical Partners to the Azelis family.
