Isosport completed the acquisition of Novo Tech from Avallon MBO.

Isosport, a company which specializes in customized and innovative solutions in the field of plastics, completed the acquisition of Novo Tech, a plastics specialist, from Avallon MBO, a polish fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our growth strategy is focused on diversifying our operations and finding and successfully occupying market niches.
