JAB Holding-backed Pinnacle Pet Group to acquire AGILA Tierversicherung from WERTGARANTIE Group.

JAB Holding-backed Pinnacle Pet Group, a European pet insurance platform, agreed to acquire AGILA Tierversicherung, a pet insurance provider, from WERTGARANTIE Group, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Following the successful establishment of a pet insurance platform in the USA and Canada, JAB is planning significant further investments in the fast-growing pet insurance market in Europe.
