Sonepar, a distributor of electrical products, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in COLD & CO, a distributor of air conditioning. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to announce that COLD & CO is joining Sonepar Group. As a well recognized specialist, our combined forces will create a national network fully dedicated to HVAC solutions and bring residential and commercial technical solutions to our customers. We strongly believe that these technical capabilities, in addition to the deployment of a global omnichannel digital platform and the development of the first B2B electrical supplies distribution marketplace in France, will position Sonepar as the preferred partner for our customers in France," Jérôme Malassigné, Sonepar President.
