AlpInvest completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sicame from Equistone.

AlpInvest, a private equity asset manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sicame, a supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to electricity distributors, from Equistone, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to continue our fruitful partnership with Equistone, our trusted partner for more than 10 years.
