Newport Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Plinten & Profielen Centrale, a Dutch supplier of hard floors and ancillary products. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the arrival of Newport as an investor, PPC can further expand and consolidate its position in the Dutch offline and online flooring specialist as well as in the wider home decorators market.
