InfraVia completed the acquisition of Univet from Platina Partners.

InfraVia, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Univet, a 150 veterinary clinics and practices, from Platina Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The inclusion of InfraVia in our capital structure is excellent news for Univet.
