Impro Fluidtek to acquire Target Business of Danfoss Jiangsu for $68m.

Impro Fluidtek, a global technology, agreed to acquire Target Business of Danfoss Jiangsu, a world-class provider of mobile hydraulic and electrification products and solutions, for $68m. As the Acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent as provided in the Asset Purchase Agreement which may or may not be fulfilled, Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Shares.
