HEW-KABEL Holding, an international manufacturer of special cables, agreed to acquire Habia Cable, a custom design and production partner for specialised cable, from Beijer Alma, a machinery industry company. FInancial terms were not disclosed. ”We are excited about the opportunity to merge the technical and commercial strengths of Habia and HEW to become a leading special cable company serving the global markets.
