Actief Group completed the acquisition of Hartmanns.

Actief Group, an independent staffing company, completed the acquisition of Hartmanns, a hr company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a founding partner of Hartmanns 25 years ago it was very important for me to find the right new owner. Oaklins demonstrated a strong understanding of our industry with relevant relationships to leading international staffing companies including Actief and I am pleased that Hartmanns will continue as a platform for further expansion in Denmark as part of a strong group," Ronny Saul, Hartmanns Co-Founder & Owner.
