Kohlberg & Co-backed AWP, a public safety company that provides flagging, traffic control, work zone management, design, and equipment rental services, agreed to acquire Northwest Traffic Services, a full service, 24/7 traffic control provider offering infrastructure work-zone protection, traffic control for special events, equipment rental and custom sign manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
