Tenaris to acquire Benteler Steel & Tube Manufacturing from Benteler for $460m.

Tenaris, a global manufacturer and supplier of steel pipes and related services, agreed to acquire Benteler Steel & Tube Manufacturing, a US producer of seamless steel pipe, from Benteler, a holding company in German family ownership, for $460m. The acquisition would further expand Tenaris’s production range and local manufacturing presence in the US market.
