Cardinal Health completed the acquisition of CPO-GPO from Bendcare.

Cardinal Health, a distributor of pharmaceuticals, completed the acquisition of CPO-GPO, the purchasing organization of Bendcare, a healthcare management services and technology organization. Financial terms were not disclosed.
