Enghouse completed the acquisition of NTW Software.

Enghouse, a provider of enterprise software solutions, completed the acquisition of NTW Software, a communication software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "NTW's team and products expand our existing console and contact center business in Central Europe, adding Unified Communication products to Enghouse's channel product portfolio.
