Metagenics, a manufacturer and distributor of personalized lifestyle medicines and professional-grade supplements intended to support good health, completed the acquisition of Nutri Advanced, a manufacturer and supplier of nutritional supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition fits perfectly in our strategy to have a direct presence in all major EU countries and to exploit the synergies of a pan-European activity in nutrition-based products and concepts for helping people to lead a healthier, happier life using their genetic potential," Stijn Oste, Metagenics Regional Vice President EMEA.
