Kelso-backed One80 Intermediaries to acquire SelmanCo.

Kelso-backed One80 Intermediaries, a specialty insurance broker, agreed to acquire SelmanCo, a third-party administrator and broker offering life, supplemental health and related products and services to associations, credit unions, banks, employers and insurance companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “One80 Intermediaries is excited to further expand our presence in the affinity market.
