Endeavour Silver completed the acquisition of Pitarrilla project from SSR Mining for $127m.

Endeavour Silver, a mid-tier precious metals mining company, completed the acquisition of Pitarrilla project from SSR Mining, a free cash flow focused gold company with four producing assets, for $127m. As consideration for the sale, SSR Mining received $35m in cash, $35m in shares of Endeavour Silver, and a 1.25% net smelter return royalty on the Pitarrilla property.
